Bionova Holding's sales and distribution activities are carried out by a network of national and regional distributors.
The Company's national distributors in the United States are Bionova Produce, Inc. in Nogales, Arizona, Bionova Produce of Texas, Inc. in McAllen, Texas, and R.B. Packing of California, Inc. in San Diego, and Interfruver in Mexico.
The Company's regional distributors are Tanimura Distributing, Inc. in Los Angeles, Premier Fruits and Vegetables BBL Inc. in Montreal, Quebec, and Premier Fruits and Vegetables (USA), Inc. in Philadelphia.
Regional distributors source some of their product from the Company's national distributors and also purchase their product from other fresh growers and distibutors.
